Every time I pass this truck I want to stop. My valentine reservations fell through so it was the perfect night for a quick bite. Let me tell you, this is by far the best taco truck in Vegas. I have tried many that were highly recommended and they come no where near this one. We got asada, birria, pastor, and barbacoa tacos. The asada was probably the best I've ever had in this entire town; maybe ever! The barbacoa (which I can't even find anywhere else in Vegas) was perfection. Supple, tender, tasty and not overly greasy!!! We took it home but there were tables to eat there if you can't wait! They even gave me ample hot sauces without being ugly about it which is such a plus! The habanero sauce is life! I will be back asap!
I had their steak taco at the Tacos and Tamales festival and it was incredible. I'll definitely find their truck again.
Delicious!! Went to this food truck Sunday morning & it has some amazing barbacoa de borrego. We also got the pancita enchilada & that was also very good! They give you cilantro & onions to go along with green & red salsa & both are very good which is rare. Friendly service! Would recommend this to anyone looking for delicious, authentic barbacoa.
